Email coincatcher14@gmail.com and we will reply, normally within two business days. Telling us your device model and iOS or Android version makes most problems much faster to solve.
Managing your subscription
Open Profile → Manage Subscription in MindXP. That opens whichever store bills you, where you can switch between the monthly and annual plans, or cancel. You can also get there directly:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MindXP.
- Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MindXP.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your MindXP account.
Restoring a purchase
If you have reinstalled MindXP or signed in on a new device, tap Restore at the top of the subscription screen. As long as you are signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account that bought the subscription, your access comes straight back. A subscription bought on one platform is honoured on the other once you sign in to the same MindXP account.
Your training after a subscription ends
Nothing is deleted. Your history, ratings, personal records and mistake bank are all kept. If you subscribe again later, everything is exactly where you left it.
Deleting your account
Profile → Account → Privacy & Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and all your training data from our servers, immediately. Cancel any active subscription through Apple or Google separately — deleting an account does not cancel a purchase made with either store.

Common questions
Does MindXP work offline?
Yes. Exercises are generated on your device, and your results are written locally and synced when you have a connection.
Why is my difficulty going up so fast?
Difficulty follows your rating per subskill, and rises when you are getting things right. You can set it by hand in Free Train if you would rather choose.
Is a rating an IQ score?
No. A MindXP rating summarises how you performed on these exercises and nothing else. It is not an intelligence measure and it does not predict anything outside the app.
